Sailing the Hudson River
For three seasons I served on the Viking crew in weekly races
on the Hudson River at Haverstraw, N.Y., and in weekend
regattas nearby. Skippered by Paul Nahodyl, the 27-foot J boat
was a sleek boat designed to take advantage of wind power.
Time constraints for all put an end to a run of fun. Shown
